BerganKDV is excited to announce they have acquired Iowa City, Iowa based Carlson Hartsock & Guither PLC as of December 5, 2016. This partnership brings together two firms with a strong synergy for putting clients and relationships first.

For BerganKDV this means growing their Iowa footprint by expanding their presence in Iowa City and Coralville while continuing their commitment to helping clients solve complex business, financial and technology challenges. This move will give clients access to a deeper level of experts while continuing the personalized attention they’ve come to expect.

Following this merger, BerganKDV will employ around 300 full-time employees in seven offices across Iowa and Minnesota.
