BerganKDV staff from the Iowa City and Coralville locations are moving today to a new office located at 2451 Oakdale Boulevard, Suite 204, Coralville, 52241. The new office has 5,449 square feet with 15 offices and two conference rooms, accommodating 19 staff members.
“We are excited to get in our new office space,” said John Warren, partner-in-charge of the Coralville office, “Last winter, BerganKDV acquired Carlson Hartsock & Guither which doubled our staff size. We have been operating in two office spaces and we are looking forward to having the entire team under one roof.”
BerganKDV worked with Saxton, Inc., a commercial interior solutions company, to design the space which includes standing desks, conference room tables that are set up for charging and connecting multiple devices, low-emission glass to allow ample daylight and maximize energy efficiency and a flex office which allows staff who do not have a dedicated office to have a space to go for privacy as needed to complete projects, visit with clients, etc. Coralville’s Build to Suit, Inc. provided the construction management for the space by overseeing the design, cost and construction schedule.
