The 2016 BerganKDV recruitment campaign received the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Marketing Achievement Award in the Marketing and PR Campaigns category. Recipients of the AAM-MAAs were announced at the AAM-MAA’s Gala that took place during the Association’s 2017 Summit in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand, June 12-15.
The recruitment campaign put together in partnership with the marketing and talent teams focused on highlighting the firm’s culture through a unique blend of videos, blog posts and collateral material for on-campus recruiting events this past fall.
Expert category judges, including professionals in marketing, advertising, communications and professional services, reviewed and judged the entries. Winning entries were recognized for the accomplishment of a specific goal or objective, demonstration of approaching a project strategically, creative execution and measurable results.
